Chatham High School allows students in grades 10-12 to apply for a physical education class exemption. In order to qualify for this opportunity a student must participate in an outside activity that meets specific program requirements. Information regarding this opportunity is included in the links below. The deadline to submit an application for the 2023-2024 school year is August 29, 2023. This document must be completed by the coach for your selected program and uploaded as part of the application.
Before beginning this application, be sure that you have these things ready for upload:
A written descriptive outline (brochure) of the program
A completed "Coach's Verification Form" (This can be downloaded from the CHS webpage)
Confirmation of your registration in the program (A receipt that documents payment or, if payment has not yet been made for the entire year, a letter from the program documenting your registration in the program).
