No School
• Families will be notified through Apptegy Alerts.
• Updates will also appear on the district and CMS websites.
• Please make sure your contact information is current in the Genesis Parent Portal.
Delayed Opening
• Apptegy Alerts will be sent as early as possible, ideally the night before.
• CMS delayed opening time: 9:25 AM (90-minute delay).
• Bus pick up will run approximately 90 minutes later than usual.
Early Dismissal Announced Before School Begins
• Families will be notified through Apptegy Alerts and the CMS website.
• CMS dismissal time: 12:00 PM.
• Lunch will not be served.
Early Dismissal Announced After School Has Begun
• Notification will come through Apptegy Alerts and be posted on the CMS website.
• Announcements are typically made between 10:00 and 11:00 AM.
• CMS will dismiss approximately 90 minutes earlier than usual (exact time announced based on conditions).
