Governed by a nine member elected Board of Education, the School District of the Chathams pursues its primary mission of providing outstanding educational programs for students at all grade levels through the efforts of a well qualified faculty and staff. Our employees dedicate their talents with enthusiasm for providing the best instruction that can be offered.

The Office of Human Resources acts as a link between administration and employees. Our primary purpose is to facilitate the hiring process, inform employees about state and district policies that affect them, and introduce new staff members to district procedures, among other things. We take great pride in both our current professional and support staff and exercise tremendous care in attracting new, talented and enthusiastic individuals with similar qualities.
