College Application Steps

If you are interested in applying ED to a college you must fill out this form and submit it to your counselor. An in depth conversation should be had about this option as it is a big decision given the binding nature of this option. If you have more questions about Early Decision please reach out to your counselor.

*FOR SENIOR Parents/Guardians ONLY*

In order for CHS to process your student's college application materials, we need permission from:

1) the student,
and
2) a Parent/Guardian

The students will be updating their permission on the Common App, while Parents/Guardians will need to fill out the google form on the left. See below for a video overview of these procedures.

This form should be filled out before your senior conference. If you have questions about the form you can reach out to Ms. Sleight
