Boar's Head Deli Student Order Form

All students are encouraged to pre-order sandwiches and salads from the Boar's Head Deli using our online order form. Paper forms are no longer available. The link to the form can be accessed under the yellow Shortcuts menu on the CHS website. Pre-ordering your sandwich will save you time and minimize the deli line during lunch. 

All premade sandwiches will be available for pickup at the beginning of lunch at the location you select on the form. Order forms are reset each day after 3pm and are available until 10am the next day. After school pickup orders must be placed between 12-2pm. 

Please bookmark the link to the order form. You can also add the link to the home screen of your cell phone using Safari. You must be logged into your Chatham Gmail account to place an order.
