COVID testing for ALL students is available at CMS every Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.

Those wishing to do so must complete the COVID Testing Request form found on the Virtual Health Site.

Aditionally, parents of students seeking testing must complete the Parent Consent Form.
