    Warning Signs of Suicide

    • Drastic, long term decrease in mood or desire to participate in daily activities
    • Increase in mood disorders
    • Withdrawing from friends and family
    • Self harm
    • Talking about suicide or death
    • Increase in risky behaviors
    • Sudden change in eating and sleeping habits
    • Extreme generosity
    • Access to weapons and drugs
    • Change in school performance


    If someone you know is exhibiting these signs you must act and help them.  Connect them to a trusted adult and a mental health professional.
