•                         Fluffy French Toast with Fresh Fruit
    3 eggs
    ¾ cup milk
    1 T. sugar
    ¼ t. cinnamon
    8 slices of bread
    strawberries, blueberries, bananas 
     
     
    In a flat dish with low sides (pie plate works great) whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Dip bread into egg mixture. Heat griddle and spray with Pam. Cook bread until golden brown and then flip with spatula (approx. 4 minutes per side)
     
    Serve warm with  butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar and fresh fruit
